GRANULE FORMATION:

  • Liquid State Polycondensation: Convert RPET flakes into granules using the Liquid State Polycondensation Process.

 

FOAMING TECHNOLOGY:

  • Extrusion: Extrude RPET granules with CO₂ and N₂ to initiate the foaming process.
  • Physically Foamed RPET Sheet Production: Produce lightweight and cost-effective sheets through physical foaming.

 

FINAL PRODUCT PROCESSING:

  • Printing & Decoration: Print and decorate sheets for further processing, FFS applications, or thermoforming applications using water-based inks.
  • Cutting, Assembling & Ultrasonic Welding: Assemble cups, jars, folding boxes, and trays through cutting and ultrasonic welding.
  • Thermoforming: Craft lids and trays through a thermoforming process, ready for packaging applications.

Za postojeće dizajne proizvoda, prosečno vreme za pripremu uzoraka je obično 2 nedelje. Međutim, ako je potreban novi dizajn, vremenski okvir može varirati. Za nove dizajne štampe može biti potrebno do 1 meseca, dok nove oblike proizvoda mogu zahtevati do 3 meseca za pripremu uzoraka.

Određujemo minimalnu potrebnu količinu na osnovu specifičnog proizvoda. Svaki proizvod može imati različite minimalne količine porudžbine koje određuje naš obim proizvodnje.

Ukupni volumen recikliranja PET-a po fabrici iznosi 16.000 tona godišnje. U gotovim pakovanim proizvodima godišnje to uključuje 800 miliona poklopaca, 130 miliona tacni za jaja, 100 miliona čaša i 10.000 tona folije.
